A Mobility Manager can meet with you, discuss your travel plans, assess your needs using a wide range of transportation options and service providers. They can help coordinate these services and providers to achieve the most efficient transportation service tailored to you.

Mobility management can be described as a strategic approach to service coordination and customer service which enhances the ease of use and accessibility of transportation networks.

Mobility Manager is a person that uses their learned techniques to coordinate transit services, ensuring great customer service, and guides riders through the ease and accessibility of transportation networks tailored to riders’ needs.

This managerial position was funded by the New Freedom grant application through the WI DOT since 2011.

Making a Reservation

5 Easy Steps for Ride Reservation

  1. Please call as soon as you know you need a ride.
  2. Provide your name, address,  and number of riders.
  3. Inform dispatch where you are going, appointment times, and how the trip will be paid.
  4. Inform dispatch if you use a mobility device, or if you require a personal attendant to assist you.
  5. You will be given a “window of time” for your pick-up. The driver will wait 3 minutes.

*Cancel reservation as soon as you know that no ride is needed.
